WoundTech was developed from the ideas and suggestions of many of our friends in the wound care and hyperbarics industry. We are grateful to all of the doctors, nurses, and technicians who helped us to make the program a sucess. The software has been tested at hundreds of facilities across the U.S. and in other countries. We are committed to constantly improving the software as the industry changes and new requirements are introduced for reporting, record-keeping, and managing patient information. The software, written in Visual Foxpro, was developed over a three-year period by our programming and technical team in Houston, including Sheldon Yan, Recy Dunn, Aussie Meyer, Stephen Meyer, Christopher Dunn, and Chris Nicol. |
Chris Nicol, Vice President is the lead programmer for WoundTech and other Ocean Informatics projects. She programs in a variety of languages including Visual Foxpro, C++, JavaScript, Perl, and HTML. Chris specializes in database and graphics applications both on and off the Internet. She has written many custom applications for companies large and small, from retail and manufacturing to financial and medical.
Chris is currently working on system enhancements that include a physical therapy screen, pain measurement form, and a billing module, as well as web-side data export tools. |
